At Paris Gallery Middle East, our goal is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply contact our customer service within 48 hours from the order date on our toll-free number (inside Saudi Arabia) 8003010000 to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided that your order has not already been processed. If your order has already been processed, the cancellation will be handled as a return. Please refer to the Returns section below for more information.
If you receive the wrong product, a damaged or defective item, or simply wish to return your product for any reason, you can return the item(s) to the nearest Paris Gallery Middle East store in Saudi Arabia.
Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and in the same condition as received. You must also present the original invoice. Returns must be made within 14 days from the invoice date. We will not accept any items that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in resalable condition.
Returns may be rejected if the items are damaged or soiled.
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will refund the price you paid for the item(s), excluding any taxes, import duties (if applicable), and original shipping charges.
Items are considered defective if received in damaged condition. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Where possible, we may offer to repair defective items.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault (not misuse), and upon inspection and approval, we will refund the paid amount including shipping fees, if any.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
To keep your shopping experience smooth and convenient, we offer a flexible return policy. However, we monitor return activity and may refuse future orders at our discretion if excessive returns are made.
If you received the item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our customer service. Gift returns must be unused, with original tags, logo, and packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice, within 14 days from the invoice date.
You may exchange item(s) at the nearest Paris Gallery Middle East store in Saudi Arabia within 14 days of the invoice date, subject to stock availability. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and presented with the original invoice and valid ID.

If your order was placed and paid using Visa or MasterCard on the Paris Gallery Middle East website and the shipping company failed to reach you, we will process a refund after 30 days, deducting applicable bank fees and shipping costs if the delivery attempt was unsuccessful.
