You can return or exchange items by visiting the nearest Paris Gallery Middle East store in Saudi Arabia within 14 days of the invoice date, provided that:
Refunds are processed through the original payment method, excluding shipping fees and applicable taxes. Defective items due to manufacturing defects will be inspected and refunded, including delivery charges if applicable.
If your order was paid online and delivery was unsuccessful, we will refund the amount paid after 30 days, deducting bank charges and shipping fees.
