Customers who have purchased a product through the Paris Gallery website or mobile application may submit a review for that product.

Both positive and negative reviews are published provided they:

Editing Reviews

Paris Gallery does not modify the customer's opinion or review content.

 

Publication

Approved reviews are published within a reasonable period after the moderation process is completed.

 

 Incentives

Customers are not compensated for submitting reviews unless a promotional campaign explicitly states otherwise. Any such campaign will be clearly disclosed and will not influence the content or approval of reviews.

 

Removal of Reviews

Paris Gallery reserves the right to remove published reviews that are later found to violate this policy or applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
